Our Writ Petition # is 2995/2011. Peshawar High Court

Case will be heard by Double Bench . The Bench consist of Two senior Justices.

1. Mr. Justice Mian Fasih-ul-Mulk
2. Mr. Justice Khalid Mehmood

Our 1st hearing " Age relaxation" will be heard on 17 November 2011. Case motion (turn) is 14.

Court accepted "Age Petition" Case. Issued notices for comments regarding enhanced age relaxation to Secretary Establishment and Government Special Division Secretory. Further court will be issued Interim relief to those candidates whose names are in this case in its second hearing.

Next hearing will be undecided by court. We predict that It will take after a month.

Interim Relief means in our case before court decision you can sit on CSS exam without age limit restriction. It is for those who participated and included their names in this case. If decision comes in favor it will be for whole Pakistan not only for individuals.

Dear, what if the judgement will not come in your favour. how will the pleaders will be consider at that point.

My all wishes are with you, generaly it is expected that the candidates wholely will be granted age relaxtion after the declaration pms punjab judgement .

We are not fighting only for ourselves. We are striving for whole nation and especially for those candidates whose belongings are backward areas.

If decision comes only for 30 years we are not beneficial for this decision bcz our all friends peer are 80-81 born. If decision comes 33-35 years we will be beneficial.

It is not guaranteed to decision comes in Age Relaxation favor. We just pray and try our best.
