You have Persian background then why not choose Persian as optional?

Use Mr. Sohail Bhatti & Mr. Ikram Rabbani books for Indo Pak. I did Masters in Pol. Science so not use any Particular book for Pol. Science.

I am from Faisalabad and CSS 2013 aspirant. I wanna asl you that is there any good public library in Faisalabad from where I can get the relevant boooks that cover the syllabus. Or do I have to purchase them all!! Please help me on it with swift response.

i have done MBA in marketing from shah abdul latif university khairpur in 2009 , as i paased out i got offer from the same department to teach our there , ii tought there for 16 months as a cooperative teacher so i have also good exposure of teaching at uni level . recently i have joined HBL as a assistant manager in crredit department in sukkur region.
from the beginning of my graduation i am aspired for css means in clear i want to be csp because some sort of powers are given. currently i m getting 35000 and other banking facilities as we all know. but one question distrub me a lot that css has nothing before banking sector job in terms of earning by his own services means without corruption, please if any one have logical argument about my questions and confusions so all you are encouraged to help me . i have been thinking of css for 6 years nut still nt have sufficient preparation to appear in exam . comment on it please

I think each and every member of CSS forum can ask questions under this very thread ( C.S.S 2013 Aspirants ) but the matters of replying to queries of the members must be left to the creator of the thread.

It would be more appropriate and will prevent the thread from useless expansion.

CSS is all about glamour, power, prestige and social status, It's not only about money, you will be living a noticeable life, you will inspire your family, friends and colleagues.

Lets talk about DMG/FSP/MLCG only. You will be entitled a car in very start of the career, few benefits, social status, Officers club membership is like free, a handsome salary and many things which can't compete banking. Being a banker serving in a government's bank after my MBA from (CBM,IoBM) I think it has also charm, you develop contacts with bureaucrats and citizens of all types, contractors to landlords in many capacities BUT CSP is something different, don't just think about salary, there are many benefits as well.

A friend of mine (ASP) was complaining about his salary that is is around 25K but he was living in well furnished police rest house, a luxury bedroom and guards, cook etc. While patrolling he has been given a finest vehicle with fuel, weapon, etc, And he was always invited for parties/dinners on regular basis, these thing counts.

There are numerous examples on young DMG/FSP and other cadre officers, just think about becoming one, other thoughts should not be followed.
