in my opinion following points should be mentioned in the petition.
1Despite govt assurances matter is delayed till Nov so age relaxatiion must be more than 30 due to loss of 2016 css chance.
2.If special relaxation in age is given to candidates belonging to backward areas it should also be given to all aspirants because
it is competitive exam.

I dont think talking against backward areas will help the case.

It is a competetive exam but the ground is not level. FATA is a poor area with little educational access for example. Similarly many remote areas need specail attention because the government has not been able to do any developmental work there for the last 78 years.

So dont try to teach the government of what it should do.

All must ask for maximum age relation such as 32 years. All must mention how important it is to take the decision before the announcement of CSS exam 2016.

So forward your case on good grounds. If you ask the government to remove the additional relaxation for backward areas, it will open a pandora box and the case will collapse all together. Try to achieve ONE thing with a united step and that is : All must fight for increased age limit.

I have sent public petition through the website. All should do the same.
We must ask for 32 years relaxation for general cadre and it must be announced for CSS 2016 as many aspirants have their last chance for CE in 2016.

Mr. Chairman: Thank you, Mushahid sahib, but the credit for this entire
effort goes to the whole House and particularly to the House Business Committee
which has given approval of it. This is the second time, before this we had a
discussion on the CSS Exam issue and we got an assurance from the government
on that and now we again have an assurance from the government that work will
commence from the 1st of November, 2015. The petitioners be informed
accordingly by the Senate Secretariat.
I would also take this opportunity to inform the House that

that will be placed in the House.
But, even the Committees have made progress in that regard. Yes, we now move
on to Agenda Item No.8. Agenda Item No.8 is a Calling Attention Notice. The
Calling Attention Notice is in the name of Agha Shahbaz Khan Durrani sahib. Please
raise the issue.

Sorry guys my previous post went horribly wrong. Actually I wanted to convey to all of you that the date Nov 1st mentioned on this forum does not relate to CSS age relaxation but another public petition relating to some electronic visa issues etc,.For reference go throw the Senate Debate of 8th july, a portion of which is quoted on this forum. But if you read the page preceding it, things will get crystal clear.

Regards

Moreover I called Mr Agha Shahbaz Durrani who is chairman committee for Government Assurances.According to him, in the committee meeting of 8th july the Minister Aftab Shaikh who earlier gave assurance to the Senate regarding CSS age limit took a different stance in meeting. He said "Ma ne assurance nhee di thee, ye kaha tha k iss ma koe mazaiqa nhee" ( sorry for netspeak ).

Agha Sb also told me that committee has referred the matter back to Chairman Senate and that the petition has not been disposed off yet.

Regards

Brother could you please elaborate what is the legal significance of a matter being disposed of in Senate? Also regarding your conversation with the said official, what in your view is the possibility of our matter being addressed till September?
Thanks.

Avoid net speak. It is against Forum Rules. Use "you" instead of "u".

All aspirants should submit public petitions through the senate website so that the matter may again be highlighted and seriousness of the aspirants may be conveyed to the authorities. Whatever they want to do, it should be before the commencement of CSS-2016 so that those who have their last chance may be free from any doubt and concern in making their decisions.
