previously, when I put forward this formula, it was appreciated much. But to our disappointment, we got only 10-11 contributors and could hardly make Rs. 0.15m. Now, I hardly see any of the flag-bearers of this cause who struggled and pleaded to people for contribution and support.

I shall reiterate that the people should come forward and take practicle steps.

I have read(through speed reading)all the posts of this thread from page 1 to page 59 and then come to a final analysis,Insha Allah most of u respected members will be agreed to the analysis .I have observed that round about 70 members have participated so far ,most of them only participated in discussions only while only very few did practical measures and especially financial support,there are so many other people who are silent members which is cleared from number of views of this thread which are in thousands,so number wise the struggle is ok,but what is going wrong for the last one and half years since the struggle has started.I must say most of people were either divided or had some doubts about the fate of the struggle so that lead to spectator like approach of most of members,now first come to division factor,some of the people want upper age limit upto 30 years while others want 35 years,for the present time 35 years age limit is not easy or even viable(bcs FPSC is against it),why people are thinking about 35 years age now while 30 years age limit petition can do the trick,in our case we can mention through our lawyer that hundreds and thousands of CSS aspirants were suffered,so now they all should be compensated and should be given 2 years age relaxation from the supreme court initial notifications,so it is now my humble request to all that as time is very short so be united and come forward and participate in petition so that you can get benefit of whole 2 years and the people who do not participate now can only benefit half an year after one year and may be they miss the whole two years relaxation.Now come to second factor that is doubts about fate of the petition or case,I humbly assure u that our case is very strong due to some reasons,firstly FPSC is in favor of 30 years age limit,,I m quitting the words of one of our respectable member,Section 7 of FPSC ordnance says that the Chairman FPSC has the authority to formulate rules before conducting css exam....and he did the same in 2008 when he moved a summery to enhance the age relaxation in 2008 but was rejected by PM which is a clear cut violation of the constitution on part of PM bcoz chairman FPSC is empowered to amend the rules and PM had to approve it,why PM at that time didnt approve the summary?,the PM didnt approve the summary at that time bcs his party PPP was at that time in clash with judiciary and chief justice of supreme court,Raja BHAGWAN DAS a former justice was the chairman of FPSC,so due to hostile political environment the summary was not approved.Now we have PMLN govt and also the chairman of FPSC has changed ,so political and instituitional environment is favorable for our struggle,executive authority issue is discussed above now come to legal that is judicial and constituitonal strong point of our case,we know that we have now democratic govt and all the ammenmends either in constituition or administration which were made by Dictator Musharaf are now abolished and cancelled,even in his administration sector,local govt Nazim system is abolished so according to constituiton his all other ammenmends in adminstration sector esp relating Federal govt departments,esp ammendments in FPSC should be cancelled.We have other strong points also .Now come to last doubt that why age realaxation was rejected in some of the high courts,it seems to me it was rejected on technical grounds,FPSC is a federal govt department so it is a federal subject so high court is not the proper platform for federal related subjects,Even after 18 ammendment if it comes under concurrunt list,only supreme court is the most suitable platform.Stay blessed and be united

When you are filing age relaxation case in Supreme Court?as the Thread name suggests that case is to be filed in Supreme court .Thread is becoming long day by day but still case is not filed in Supreme court.I would suggest to you that file it in Supreme court at your first priority, then it would be possible to get relaxation, time is very short now except Supreme court it would be useless to file anywhere.
