@ rana raheel

you have ample time at your disposal, improve your English vocabulary and expression, as far as these optional subjects are concerned, yes they are good choices, but again you need to develop an effective expression to convey your opinion except history all these subjects are general and you can not simply cram stuff, you need to have good grasp on the concepts, in sociology you can quote examples from daily social life.

every one is suggesting to build strong vocab... so why not lets start from here... and all of us share the new words and their use on daily basis.. in this way we will learn more words in less time.

Default Passing CSS in 1st attempt

Well, before this, I said it somewhere on this forum too. CSS, in my opinion is:

65% luck, 20% hardwork, remaining 15% you expression and focus on the day of attempt.

Well, other than that you need to do the following:

1. Choose appropriate electives.
2. Have correct spelling and grammar.
3. Express in an attractive manner.
4. Stay relevant.
5. Polish your key subjects in order to minimize threats from your weak ones.

And for the luck factor
1. Believe blindly in Allah and believe strongly in yourself.
2. Eradicate fear of failure.
3. Help others.

Baqi, I agree. 1.5 years with 10 hours of study is perhaps saying too much..... I know a person clearing the written with less than 1 month of prep and that too when he started his prep from zero .

Khair, I won't say you people prepare within a month but I am just supporting by an example about my assigned weightage to luck .

So best of luck and according to me, focus on the above mentioned issues... All the best
