By CE-17's cut-off date (31st Dec 2016) you'll be [B]27 years 10 months 3 days[/B] old and eligible for CE-17.

Your service till 31st Dec 2015 will be [B]1 year 2 months 30 days[/B] and less than required service (2 years) to claim age relaxation and hence you'll not be eligible to take CE-16.

By, CE-19's cut-off (31st Dec 2018) you'll be [B]27 years 3 months 5 days[/B] old and that will be your last chance [B]without age relaxation claimed[/B]. SO you have CE-16,CE-17,CE-18 and CE-19 at your disposal.
