It is a semi government organization becuase it has its own rules and regulations that it follows to govern its affairs along with instructions from governmnt.

I have an equivalnce certificate provided by karachi university. Can I use that? Or does it have to be from the board? I can't really get it from the board since I have 7 o levels and 4 A levels. And the board requires minimum 8 O levels to get the equivalence certificate if I'm not mistaken. Please guide. Thanks
