simply not. none of your academic scores is counted in CSS. may it is your matric, intermediate or masters, no matter how high your score is.

thanks

Congratulation on your debut post.
Welcome to CSSforum.

I think you have asked the question keeping in the view the medical and engineering entry test where they count the said marks which you have mentioned. The answer is negative. None of your previous academic scores get counted in compiling CSS results.

Regards

Now how can we be planning if we are not sure about the content as the subject is new.
e.g if I am preparing for Public Administration & in syllabus it mentioned the nature & scope of Public Administration. How can i asses that how much time would it take me to cover these topics. So I am unable to schedule my studies. Any suggestion plz
first of all you are required to have a look at past papers to become well acquainted with style of a question from a particular subject, then see syllabus of the subject and go through a quality book and see if you have all the topics covered by that book, sometime it happens that people become confuse about the topics as FPSC has used different words for a topic and the book uses its own, then you can search it on internet...the best policy is to start the compulsory subjects first as these are the linchpin to succeed in CSS...then go for optionals with one or two subjects at a time...
