Default Suject selection help(Computer system engineer)
hello! i have done my computer system engineering and i am planning to appear for 2017 css exam. i have choose my optional subjects
computer science (100)
physics (200)
till now as these are from my field and i have interest in them. please guide me for the other 300 marks. Also should i take any academy for its preparation or one can prepare for this exam on his own. As this is my first attempt i have no such knowledge for this.

Bro, computer science is a 200 mark paper.

Comp. Science 200
Physics 200
Indo Pak history 100 (also helps in Pak affairs paper)
Your regional subject 100

And I'd recommend you to join an academy, if it's your first attempt, as you'd need guidance and notes in preparing your subjects.

i like to choose MUSLIM LAW & JURISPRUDENCE in combination with computer science, physics and Indo Pak History... is it a good combination?.. also in my city there is no such academy for css preparation so can a person prepare his exam from the internet stuff?

i really appreciate your help..

Muslim law is an interesting but unpredictable subject as its scoring trend has varied in recent years, it was the lowest scoring subject in ce-2013 but has been safe to opt in 2014 and 2015.

As for the academy, you can now buy notes from academies or you can make them yourself but do take guidance from an experienced teacher or a CSP officer.

i have selected

i.r (200) group 1
physics (200) group 2
environmental science (100) group 5
geography (100) group 7
total (600)

Q#1 is it possible for me to skip group 1 and select (town planning & history of pak india from group 3 & 4 respectively to adjust my 200 numbers )...??? , bcz i know nothing about I.R and i feel safe since i will be studying pakistan studies any way and town planning, environment and geography some what cross paths at some point.????

Q#2 is my subject selection going to effect my choice of career or selection in a specific field where i want to be in future and in response getting rejected just becz i did no appear in right subjects to start with???

please do answer it !!
