Default Public Administration VS Constitutional Law!

A.O.A!
Which one is easy to understand for a new student, either Public Administration or Constitutional Law?

Dear Sana Krn,
Thanx alot for your suggestion. If you appeared in CSS before, kindly tell me about your marks in both Subjects(if applicable) and how you started your preparation with reference to Pub Administration?

I would recommend to go for Public Ad as it is marks scoring keeping, I opted it for the very first time and scored 65, this time I am expected more as paper was attempted more precisely.

Book for PA is Sultan Khan.

65 in Pub-Add is remarkable ! I want to know that the book of Sultan Khan is enough or one has to consult with other books/sources, if so then please share.

I believe constitutional law is more interesting and scoring than Public add. I scored 67 in Constitutional law in css 2009. Only five constitutions are enough.
