Pakistan Studies was prepared via Ikram Rabbani.

Current Affairs via Internet and All in One Book of Jahangir World Times along with a few editions of Time (spent 4 out of my overall 18 days but was dodged by my perceptions)

English Grammar: No prep. Only consulted Wren & Martin for Direct Indirect and Active Passive.

kindly guide about notes,how to prepare them in bullet forms.

I am doing job also so I need precise and t0 the point study.

Well dear, I did not make any notes Except Current Affairs. I simply read books and highlighted important points.

If you can tell me regarding time at your disposal, I would be in a better position to advise.

For Current Affairs?? Thats pretty much.

You can read Dawn, A Foreign Magazine and watch an unbiased local and an unbiased foreign channel to polish your knowledge.

amin bahi I can easily spare 5 hours daily from now onward.

please guide how to prepare all subjects?

Well dear firstly, approch differs from person to person.

I would suggest to go as follows.

Hour to a foreign + local news channel plus half an hour to main news in an unbiased Newspaper.

3 hours, twice a week to Islamiyat.

One Essay fortnightly or at most, a week.

Focus more and more on grammar and precis. Can be done through Dawn.

For EDS, go for one comprehensive book.

Pakistan Affairs, just as Islamiyat.

I don't know your optionals so cannot comment furthed.
