kindly someone tell me the approximate difference in time between the exam and induction i-e if exam is in feb 2012 then when the ctp will start???
............as far as i know its 1 and a half year...........but now i heard that the process is expedited so ...........

2. approximate time of ctp and stp both?? ...........some say 6 months some say 8 months.....

Yes almost one and half year, its like Feb'12 exams will have their CTP around Nov'13.

aoa.dear CTP of 7 months. POLICE STP 10 MONTHS dmg 10months. then field attachment perhaps of six months.

yeah dr naveed is right. STP of both the groups is around 9 months. then DMG officers go for six months attachment, whereas police personal go for one year FC attachment. then they do elite training course in lahore and finally get passed out from national police academy islamabad.

so it takes almost two years to DMG and 3 years to PSP to reach in their office.

it is understood that one gets only basic pay plus some minor allowances in CTP i-e almost 23k but what will one get during

1.STP??

2.FC attatchment??

3.Elite course??

dear civil service mein pay daikh k nai ata koi, frankly speaking pay does,nt matter here. agr pay dekhnii hoti tau koi dr kbi css na karta.it,s all about power here.
