sir if i say that i am highly enthusiast for the psp,i dont have financial problems ,alhamdo.lillah. then what do you suggest to me?

i am getting something in my mind like"police is dead-locked after reaching ssp?"
what problems do one can face e.g family problem?responsibility problems?political interventions?

sir kindly coment on the authority of psp,is it something artificial or does it mean "authority"?

what would be the possible challenges besides promotion(i think promotion bhi sir kabhi na kabhi tu ho hi jaey gi)?

Plz tell me what legal power police has? I used the term legal coz now illegal power is v difficult for a Pilice Officer...Now media ia so active...they get you in no time...Whereas DMG is the LEGAL power, they have so much power in their pen...now u cannot misuse your power through SHO so easily...

Read my posts regarding IG (Isb),DG (FIA) IG(Motorway) DG(iB) etc...u'll come to knw that who is the real power...if you think Police is the real power then after I.am saying this after serving in Police for 9 years that real power is with DMG...Police is just JUST an attached depaetment to the Provincial Home department...plz visit Punjab.gov.pk and in this look at the Home department and its wings, cant you see any power?

Plz also visit Home - City District Government Multan and look at the departments which come under DCO and what is under CPO (Multan) ONLY police...Police people are from this world, they also have to works in other deptts, they also eat sleep, family buness, property purchase...everywhere SHO cant use his illegal powers...whom u wana show the piwer of uniform? the illiterates? coz literates dun get impressed by police...noble people even a avoid going to police station n dun like a police vehicle to so b parked infront of their homes...In a fistt DCO deals with Revenue,Agriculture deptt,Community Dev deptt,Education,Excise n Taxation,Finance n Planing,Health,Development authority,Municipal Services, WASA & Works n Services...more people need these services or Police aervices? and a person in DMG has No problem what so er making police to coopeeatr with him...after all police career matters and inquiries are dealt by DMG offucers in Home deptt in province n establiahment division.in fedarl Govt...

I beg to differ. What illegal power police has? Ask me, Sir. For Instance, they can get people for the posts of sipahi etc.. SP's are illegally doing bhartis of sipahis and computer operators in police let alone officers of higher ranks.. isn't that Illegal? They are helping in making fake cases.. I can name 100 thousand illegal activities done by police which are never ever noticed by the media.. In fact the journalists too are quiet as long as the officers are helpful to them I have seen this myself good sir, so :P

Implementation power is what matters, Good sir. Nuisance value boht hai police ki and since this is a 3rd world country which we live in, that's all what matters.


Oh I forgot to add, let alone sps doing bhartis, the son's of higher ranking officers are also doing bhartis and taking 40k per bharti as a sipahi in police.. Do you deny this? High ranking officers are DIG's and above Do you deny this?

sir if a middle class candidate qualified css and get allocation in PSP or DMG but he has no references he has not any family background that can support him in getting good postings then is it possible that he can get promotions????? is it possible that he can get good postings like DPO, RPO or DCO, Commissioner etc,,,,,is it possible that man can reach to BPS 21 or 22?????

You can differ but no need to tell me your point of view untill i ask for that...plz go through all my posts in this thread then post threads...you telling police using illegal bhartis then what about other deptts? and thats what I am saying that Police has no LEGAL power, police is to do with criminals only...I am compqring life of a DMG officer and a PSP officer...I am not compqring PSP with a commin man...what power PSP has against DMG and almost all BPS-22 PSP officers work under DMG offucers

It depends on cases to cases...most of the time a competant officer doesnt know reference especially in depaetments other than PSP....I cannot mention the details here

Sir, I said that because you touched the topic of PhD in your previous posts. You said that in Pakistan css police job is the best because what's the use of a phd with 1 lakh salary when you can be ridiculed by a constable so I replied to it.

Secondly, you said it makes you smile that I draw your attention towards something about police in which you spent 9 long years.. well I again appreciate your efforts for serving in police for so long and helping the people but at the same time I've spent all my life with police (Since i was born, to-date) so I guess I also know something about It
