Default OMG officers in Punjab secretariat?

Hello.
I have a question to ask. I wanted to ask the seniors if it's possible for OMG officers to be posted in Punjab secretariat? Do they spend all their careers in Islamabad or can they be posted in Punjab secretariat as SO or higher posts? Thanks in advance.

Federal secretariat is way better, things are not on the bright side in the Punjab Secretariat, way too much pressure and extraneous influences there.

yes there is more political pressure in provincial Secretariat than federal sectrt. bt the SO of a provincial sectrt also enjoys more executing powers than federal sectrt. specialy aftrer the 18 amendment most of the public dealing subjects ( like heath, education, local govt etc) are dealt by provinices.
