well it depends on woman whether she is interested in PSP or not.if she thinks that this department suits her then she should definitely join it.

and why you said that people will protect police if woman works in it.its completely illogical and irrational.

bandooq key agey koi zor zabardasti nahin chal sakti.woman in police is as much powerful as man.its not a primitive age.ok.
where the only available weapons were spears or swords etc and tough physique was needed to operate them.

in this age sophisticated weaponary has made man and woman equal.

I would encourage you to make police as your first choice. Your courage is much appreciated. Female police is definitely a necessity at the moment as the male police is totally corrupt and inefficient. Male police needs lot of reforms.

First, women are emotional and phscically very weak. Training can not make them stricke, Sirf diamond ko tarash kr khobsora banaya ja sakta hae.Magar agar koi cheez aurat ke nature maen he na ho to wo kahan se laye gi traing? yeh to aise huwa, pe plastic ke trang kra ke us ko Gold banane ka farzi mafrooza ho.

Bandook PSP nahin chalate, kisi PSP (with few exceptions) ne kabhi kisi police mokable maen hisa nahi liya, Baad maen pohanchate hae, aur sirf wireless se Police jeep maen chup kr police mokabla krte haen.. But PSP s actual duty is to satisfy people who bring complaints against junior police officers. Aur aurat to apni saas/baho ko settle nahin krne ke responsibility rakhti, o aik district ya tehsil ko kaise manage kr sakti hae? No way...

why not we permit middle sex people also to lead our police belt force?

Basically 10% quota to ladies and quota for minorities Musharraf sb ne iss liye dia tha ke magrabi mulakoon ne order kia tha un ko, aur iss liye ke achi bheek mil sake. Any how it is now upon ladies to decide better about their future.

51 % population is the real potential of this country. I salute your courage as you have shown your will to make police as your first choice. Females hi is mulk ki qismat ko sanwarein gi, only if they are allowed to do so. I don't care whether my arguments are labelled as baseless or i am condemned for favoring females. These females are our sisters, daughters and mothers and we must give them their due space in the society. I would love to work for women empowerment in our country in whatever capacity i can; in whatever group i am. If, by the grace of Allah Almighty, i do get PSP then i would definitely encourage the female staff working there. Male or female does not make any difference, spirits must be high. Females worked alongside Jinnah in Pakistan movement. Once again the ladies would have to rise to save this country.

In my previous Post I had made two points:

1. That the some arguments seem good in theory only;

2.Police protect the Public. If women do the Policing then Public will protect the Police. Remember?

1. Firstly, arguments in theory do not necessarily mean that they are good and practical. For Instance ,Darwin’s theory of evolution got much publicity and was presumably based on logical arguments. However, recently this theory was refuted. Nor does Islam Believe in such theories. Hence we conclude the first point that women can do policing in the Operational field better seems good in theory only. It is not practical.

2. Secondly, Women in Pakistan have been inducted in Armed Forces and Police at operational level just as a Show-off. Many ultra liberal Pakistanis wish to show the west that we are also western. Hence, sometimes Marathon and sometimes Woman Cricket are sighted. God forbids, may be other sports of the same ilk come soon. The women in fighting field are good for nothing. Let it be man’s area of Work. Those women inducted for the said purpose can’t do anything.
