i have gone through the whole forum but yet couldnt find a satisfactory answer ,,, can any one tell me the exact complete starting salary of an ASP and the facilities enjoyed by them,,, csp's like floydin and seniors like anwartheravian are requested to answer...............

Its about Rs 45000 in Punjab Police (varies from province to province, the max being in Punjab). You get gunmen, servants, accomodation and a sarkari jeep with driver along with 200 litres of petrol.

and what about other provinces??? now it is said that all provinces have doubled the salaries bringing them equal to punjab......... and what about the higher ranks like SP ,SSP etc

I do not know about the higher ranks. I also don't know the pay scale of the other provinces. Maybe some seniors can help you out.
