For the preparation of Synonyms, Antonyms and pair of words or vocabularly one should extensively use dictionary and should also read its usage. For example take the example of the word "Take". The dictionary illustrates different meanings of the word along with phrasal verbs, idioms, Synonyms and antonyms.

I would suggest Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary. It also gives opposite meaning of important words.
