I did not attempt this in my paper but I doubt following may be the correction:

He spoke these words to/on his face.

He swore upon God

Am I wrong ? Never heard "swore to God"

However, there are examples like "they swore to marry each other"
That's correct but I think one always swears upon God

Though I did not attempt yet I think "He swore by God" is correct. I would have attempted by replacing "upon" with "by" if I had no other option in the exam.

Dear Atif: Almost all the options are close in meaning but we have to be very careful while selecting answer by keeping in mind the parts of speech. This is the most difficult question though words seem very easy but options are very close with slight difference.
