i do not think is about arranging the sentence, its about finding the corrections

many a sleepless night i have spent is the right one

hi------the correct sentence is:

Many a sleepless night i have spent.

"Many a" takes a singular subject and verb.

I think the error is 'nights'. It should be "Many a sleepless night have I spent."

(The other corrections given above also seem alright.)

"Many a sleepless nights, I have spent" is already a correct sentence, but its my own opinion.

Along with sentence correction you have to order it for a meaningful meaning. As per discussed with my enlish professor the correct sentence is *I have spent many sleepless nights*

Corrections:
1. Arrage the order of sentence to give a meaning.
2. Fix grammatical mistake if any.
3. Fix singular plural balance.

So in this sentence a cannot be used if you are using many and nights with s will come then.

Also you can arrange it in singular sense like I have spent a sleepless night. This is also correct.
