"Many sleepless nights, I have spent!"

or

I have spent many sleepless nights.

Both are absolutely fine!

The third variant could be:

Many a sleeples night I have spent.

People use it for example:

Many a sleepless night I have spent... worrying about football.

or

I have spent many sleepless nights... worrying about my CSS result.

I think according to formal english the correct form of this sentence is :
"Many sleepless nights have i spent"
OR
"I have spent many sleepless nights" .....

Many a sleepless night I have spent

This is the correct version.
This is a kind of sentence structure, and you cannot risk to completely change the structure of a sentence in an exam like CSS.

You have to try your best to do correction to the sentence as it has been given in the paper.

How am I confident about this correction.
