Bilal Firstly, No doubt you are dead right that these books (esp. Practical English Usage) are good ones.Secondly I'm not willing to make any comparison between you and me;I value you and your knowledge, for you're my senior. Thirdly I would like to go the above books with open arms dear. Regards.....

hahaha...it is so nice of you, actually i was expecting blatant behaviour from your side as most of the people lose their temper as they happen to be weak at their nerves, if their mistakes are pointed out, and this is not unusual as it is inculcated in human nature..
BUT you have accepted your mistake with arms wide open and i highly appreciate this thing, i didn't want to irritate you by proving you wrong but my intentions were good and i sincerely wanted to remove your mistake..
Doubting your capabilities is key to gain knowledge, says Descartes..
i like that attitude of yours..if you need my help, just tell me once, you will find me there...i wish you every luck in all your endeavours..stay blessed..

You are absolutely right.
The use of "would " is just same as the word "should". "Should " is also used for recommended something.
