Dear Guys,
Sadaat is right (as always). Go through the link to get the exact use of NOT ONLY structure : http://www.grammarly.com/handbook/se...only-but-also/ So, our sentence in this sense, should be: Not only will he go, but he will also remain there.

The verb willan meant “wish, be willing, be about to.” The verb sculan (pronounced [shu-lan], had the meanings “be obliged to, have to, must, be destined to, be supposed to.” In modern usage traces of the old meanings persist for speakers who use both forms. Will can imply volition or intention, while shall can imply necessity: I will scale Mount Everest. (“and no one can stop me!”) You shall take the garbage out before you do anything else. (“You have no choice, Junior!”) Source :http://www.dailywritingtips.com/the-...ill-and-shall/

Dear wajid,
You are confused in the use of shall and will. kindly go through Sadaat's book or Oxford one. both are the best to stuff with. (P.S : Even sadaat is explaining certain things which oxford book is not doing at all).

But, sadaat had not used the word also in it. And as per rule, also along with auxiliary verb be used because subject is doing two different jobs or is involved in two different situations.
