Without context it is not possible to translate them (at least for me ).. Would have usually tells us about something that has high probability of being happened in the past.
Like wo station per gae hon ge...
But it could also be wo station per gaey hoty (if context makes it conditional) ...
Try to understand the use of would have. Once you understand, translation of these sentences would be simple for you.
