No such difference.
In an informal style, get married and get divorced are more common than marry and divorce.(When there is no object)

Ali and Amna got married last week.(Informal)
Ali and Amna married last week.(more formal).
  • No preposition before an object when marry or divorce is used.
She married her cousin.(not with/to cousin)
When we use object with get married, preposition to is used.
She got married to her childhood sweatheart.

Stay blessed

Get married is used according to the sentence.

Such as, to mention location: They got married in the court or She got married in USA. Somewhere it gives the impression of love marriage, as, Aslam and Shazia are getting married next week.

Married: it is simply to describe the state: as I am married, He is married to Saira..etc
