please check paper 1994 precis.
AoA.... i am a newbie ....please check my precis as i tried my best. please point out my mistakes in this precis. thanx in advance.
original passage below. “Education does not develop autonomously: it tends to be a mirror of society and is seldomat the cutting edge of social change. It is retrospective, even conservative, since it teaches theyoung what others have experienced and discovered-about the world. The future of educationwill be shaped not by educators, but by changes in demography, technology and the family. Itsends - to prepare students to live and work in their society - are likely to remain stable, but itsmeans are likely to change dramatically”.“Schools, colleges and universities will be redefined in fundamental ways: who is educated, how they are educated, where they are educated - all are due for upheaval. B Ut their primaryresponsibility will be much the same as it is now: to teach knowledge of languages, science, history, government, economics, geography, mathematics and the arts, as well as the skillsnecessary to understand today’s problems and to use its technologies. In the decades ahead, therewill be a solid consensus that, as Horace Mann, an American educator, wrote in 1846,“Intelligence is a primary ingredient in the wealth of nations”. In recognition of the power of thisidea, education will be directed purposefully to develop intelligence as a vital national resource”.“Even as nations recognize the value of education in creating human capital, the institutionsthat provide education will come under increasing strain. State systems of education may notsurvive demographic and technological change. Political upheavals in unstable regions and thecase of international travel will ensure a steady flow of immigrants, legal and illegal, from poor nations to rich ones. As tides of immigration sweep across the rich world, the receiving nationshave a choice: they can assimilate the newcomers to the home culture, or they can expect a proliferation of cultures within their borders. Early this century, state systems assimilatednewcomers and taught them how to fit in. Today social science frowns on assimilation, seeing itas a form of cultural coercion, so state systems of education are likely to eschew culturalimposition. In effect, the state schools may encourage trends that raise doubts about the purposeor necessity of a state system of education”. (Diane Ravieh). Precis: "Importance of education" Through education one would be able to learn about the past and also realities about the world. the standard of education in coming time would be measured through changes in society and technology. Although, educational institutions will restructure the basic sketch of education but their focus on teaching science and arts will be same as the current style of teaching. in upcoming time education will lead to the development of intellectual capacity as an asset of the state. Furthermore, political disturbance in a region leads people to go to rich countries, either, legally or illegally. which on the other hand the accepting state would either welcome them or they will emerge as a new culture within their state. therefore, nowadays study of society discourages to welcome new comers with new cultures and the government schools may increase the uncertainty about the importance of government system of education. |

Title: I will stick to “ Impact of state systems of Education”
The Education develops slowly and reflects society in the past and present. Its future is too likely to be affected by developments in society but it finalize, like to prepare students to live and work in their society will suffer no change. Educational institutions will go on teaching languages, humanities, sciences and skills in technologies to develop human capital as vital national resource. Demographic and technological changes may stress them. The flow of immigrants may demand their assimilation to home culture but contrary to past, since the day social sciences abhor such stuff as cultural coercion, state system of education may abstain from culture imposition and encourage trends that may question their very validity.

check it and opine pl
Education is the reflection of society and conveys students the discoveries and inventions of the past. In the future, the aim of education will still be same as to prepare youth for society but education will largely depend on socio-political factors which would bring modifications in education institutions. Though traditional courses will continue to be taught, intelligence will be given a top priority. Moreover, education institutions will face stress as people from troubled countries will migrate into rich countries causing the cultural crisis. In the past, immigrants were acculturated in the receiver country but modern education discourages such assimilation. In such scenario, state education system may need redefinition.
