You guys are really making me confuse
and frustrate.
Before reading this thread my head was clear about essay outline construction; and you moderators are trying to answer the questioning fools here and again confusing the other clear headed users of this forum.

Yesterday I was reading Man jaanbazam's outline guide lines in reply to asma's draft outline 'TERRORISM'. It was ok . I have picked the guidelines to replace my short comings.
Now as I checked another related post a few minutes ago of a user named haroon malik and then when I stepped towards man jaanbazam's reply to haroon's drafted outline regarding the same topic terrorism; it have again filled my head with rubbish confusions and frustration of questions.

Leave a space on both sides of a page,
Create an Outline,
Topic (any),
Pattern should be like this;
INTRODUCTION (including definitions, brief background and origin, Pakistan's present scenario related to the topic, Islamic view point, topic in the light of QUR'ANIC ahadith and sunnah, Scientific short description then inclusion of view points of some western/Asian thinkers, researchers, Writers (if any related to the given topic),
]

[COLOR="SlateGray"Similarly moving to the next points, which should be causes, impacts, then its reference to Pakistan, then contrast/ compare it with other regions if necessary, then come to your analysis, present combating measures, and conclude it.

Till now every point is OK.
Now read again haroon's outline;
Pause for a minute,
Now think,
He is giving brief description after every point of outline?
What he mean?
It seems that outline demands paragraphs of description within it?
If you mean yes, then it surely seems a shaggy dog story.
If it is imparative to put brief evaluations with all points of outline, then how it will remaine an outline?
How we can say its a cover of our essays or ones thoughts presented in the essay?
How we can say that any one can check such outline with a birds eye view before pinning and pointing our thoughts stored in the detailed essay?
Outline should be based on the following format
Intro
Refer Pakistan's present scenario
Facts
Causes
Impacts
Figures/ facts related to impacts if there
Criticising the present scenario
My analysis
Solution
End note
(That's it)
Now present description of the every point stated above in the essay following the same pattern precisely.
And you people are presenting pre descriptions in the very outline.
Kindly decode the word OUTLINE,
and clear my head which got confuse after reading your thread.
