I see. Those articles reminded me of a piece of writing I read of Mr Ahmad Shah, so I asked you. Well, you need to write a paragraph solely from your own mind. Then, we can diagnose any errors.
Im going to share with you a paragraph that I have written on the same topic.

The very thought that the examiner might have subscribed his views to a particular political party haunts every candidate. But, in theory, the examiner is expected to be apolitical. Imagine, if, contrary to our expectation, the examiner is not apolitical, atleast our essay must not credit or discredit any particular political party. I suggest you to write an essay without any bias towards any side, discussing facts and keeping style analytical, so that it is acceptable to almost any reader irrespective of his/her political orientation.
For example, you can discuss that corruption is endemic is state departments and must be rooted out if democracy is to function smoothly. The future seems bright as successive Governments have taken pragmatic steps, to halt the practice of corruption, consistent with their manifestos and Public Initiatives.

Is it good to give references of world democracies such as:
American Democracy in light of Balance of Power Power is divided into three categories: 1. Judicial, 2. Executive, 3. Legislative Also the first 10 amendments on bill of rights in American Constitution. As well as for any bill to become a law it requires to go through the parliament of states. Not all powers are distributed to Federal/Central Governments.
