CONSTRUCTION OF DAMS IS IMPERATIVE FOR DEVELOPING NATIONAL ECONOMY.
Availability of water is directly proportional to sustainable development, particularly for an agrarian country like Pakistan. Therefore, construction of Dams for the sake of conserving water in order to meet the needs of agriculture and other economic sectors is a must.
1- Link of dam with national economy – availability of water is important for:
i- Agriculture Sector (Irrigation & Navigation)
ii- Agro-based Industry
iii- Tourism Department (Dam sites, good Flora and Fauna attracts international tourists)
iv- Enhancing Energy capacity (cheap hydroelectricity can save billions of dollars)
v- Saving from Food Crisis
vi- Bridging the gap between imports and Exports (increase in Exports means increase in national income)
vii- Increasing Employment Opportunities
viii- Evading natural Disasters like Floods & Droughts
ix- Saving Ecosystem (Billion tree tsunami requires continuous supply of water)
x- Improving water quality in the country for a huge population (saving national health)
Unfortunately, Pakistan could not develop dams in the last more than 50 years. Consequently, it is facing severe water, energy and economic crises.
2- Factors responsible for non-development of dams in Pakistan:
i- Lack of Political Will
ii- Inter-provincial disputes over distribution of Water
iii- Lack of funds/ Monetary resources
iv- Water dispute with India
v- Presence of Feudal Lords satisfying their vested interests
vi- Public Indifference toward national requirements
vii- Lack of Planning & Policy making (No way forward)
viii- Climatic Shifts (Water is available only during summer and feasibility of dams is conflictual)
3- Impacts of having less number of dams in Pakistan:
i- Deforestation, desertification
ii- Lack of investment (Investor moves toward developed nations)
iii- Meagre agriculture productions
iv- Import-Export imbalance
v- Economic downfall
vi- Health hazards due to drinking contaminated water
vii- Burden on National Exchequer because of costly energy production
4- Pakistan can improve national economy by developing new Dams. It can be achieved by:
i- Ensuring Political Will
ii- Allocating more Funds (Monetary help can be sought from international Investors)
iii- Launching awareness campaigns to put pressure on existing leadership
iv- Active Public participation in national Policy making
v- Resolving Inter-provincial Water Disputes
vi- Resolving Water Issue with India
vii- Devising a comprehensive water management policy
viii- Desilting of existing dams is also imperative for improved performance
ix- Controlling water losses
x- Regulating ground Water Policy
Through early construction of Dams, we can improve National Economy & overcome the menace of water scarcity for all the sectors to have a better and prosperous country for our Generations.

2 posts of mine are already deleted during this week. I'm trying to share my experience with the upcoming candidates visiting CSS forum, and of course free (No promotion of any academy, or any monetary benefits). No doubt, i made a mistake of sharing my cell number. But i shared when one of the senior members posted many numbers of teachers (perhaps i misunderstood that sharing cell number is not a big deal). I occasionally seek help from this forum whenever i find some difficulty or to check past papers etc. I'm from PMS Batch 5 & teaching english essay & composition since 2011. When my posts were deleted, i tried to seek help from my student who is a senior member of this forum. I asked my student to share this: (Passing English Essay & English Composition is everyone's dream. Hardly anyone gets more than 50 marks in these papers, (even sometimes, the toppers get marginal marks in these papers.). Having obtained 62 % (in average) marks in English papers (69 in English Composition, 719 total marks in written), I've decided to help you guys for both the papers. As, most of the students find it difficult to prepare for English Essay & English Composition, i'm making a series of 100 lectures (uploading daily 1 lecture on my youtube channel: Ideas with Shoaib) for all argumentative topics of Essays & complete English Grammar (absolutely free service with evaluation of your writings & free notes). Why do the students usually fail in English papers? The report of CSS/PMS examiners says that:
1- Candidates lacked conceptual clarity, had shallow knowledge of subject, made grammatical mistakes, and choice of vocabulary was inappropriate.
2- 2- They had poor knowledge of the basic English grammar, punctuation and sentence formation.
3- Linguistically, candidates were not at ease in expressing themselves.
4- Majority of the candidates wrote isolated sentences rather than in cohesive paragraphs.
5- Most of the candidates lacked the practice and knowledge of how a comprehensive note is written and showed lack of cohesion, coherence and organizational skills.
6- Most of candidates lacked ability to present the relevant material, and did not know even the basics of essay writing, like paragraph and punctuation.
Through this thread, we will learn how to make a precis in an objective style of writing, how to crack vocabulary in a scientific way through root words, Sentence structuring for Translation & Essay writing, Rules & Techniques for Narration, Correction, Punctuation, Active & Passive Voices. All the apprehensions of the Examiners will be fixed.

Thanks dear, honored for such remarks. Yesterday i shared an outline for essay topic css 2020: "I may disapprove what you say, but i will defend to the death your right to say it." The post is available in the post-corner. IN SHA ALLAH u may not find a comprehensive outline like this on this forum too. I'm sorry i said this (because I know i'm not inevitable, & there are multiple fellas who are contributing to this community better than me...)
But deletion of posts without any contact (i might have been emailed to guide me regarding forum's policy) is disgraceful. I already apologized for my sharing cell number or link. will not post anything until it is settled. stay blessed you guys.

Sir do you provide guidance here at this forum, or at any other place ?

made an account on css forum recently, perhaps last week. 3 students qualified pms- 2019 exam. for the first time i went for online coaching..my students asked me to share my outline on the css forum too..
it took more than an hour to type the outlines, yet they were deleted with just one click...
when i said "ask any topic for outline", i meant it!!!!

They have got a policy here for deleting posts like that. You are not the first one whose posts got deleted. It seems like that post deletion has got quite negative impact on you. There are some rules ,and they are here for decades now. I don't think they will let anyone break those rules.
I am not an authority here and I might be wrong ,but I think now a days many people have gone online for teaching because of Covid, so they can use this place for publicity of themselves. This forum is supposed to be a community where people help one another without getting or expecting anything in return. Nothing against you, as you are a good teacher and a good mentor.
I hope you will keep on posting all good stuff without expecting anything in return,as many CSPs did in the past ,and hopefully they will keep doing it too.

Okay dear, will never post again (like before) IN SHA ALLAH... mujay to kisi ne kbi parh k fee nhi di youtube channel se kiya mil jana. That channel is meant for more than just monetary benefits (if that channel could ever reach that threshold)... though it seems paradoxical: "does not allow advertisement or promotion of any goods or services". Happiness is that Youtube channel is allowing me to reach Balochistan, former FATA region, south punjab and rural sindh - the depressing regions in the homeland (beyond the microscopic reach at my town where i'm serving). Will keep responding to every candidate anytime in my personal, private capacity. Regards.
