dear, ur outline is good and it is enough if u have sufficient material to explain these points.

Also add some points like
level of corruption in pakistan
and compare it to other developing countries.
Compare the level of corruption in MDCs and LDCs(more & less developed countries).

What r the advantages of corruption free society.

Its economic, psycological and political effects.

How it impacts the international relations.

For each main point ,write also subpoints, it will give a comprehensive outlook to ur outline.main points can be signified by numericals or capital alphabets like 1 ,2 ,3....or A B C D E etc and subpoints by small alphabets a b c d etc
