@mubeen
nice attempt, though I am not an authority to pass coments on your outline, yet, a cursory glance, at your essay outline, has brought my first comment regarding the sequence of the headings. just rethink about the sequence of your essay outline. the above indicated headings in my opinion can well be placed in the begining with the definition of terrorism.

you may disagree with me....

aoa are you saying that;
a- u dnt know how to make any outlline?,or
b- its outline of the essay on terrorism in particular which is upsetting u?
The following tips would help to attempt any type of essay;

HOW TO MAKE AN OUTLINE;
a- it must contain introduction(mention background,definition,current scenario n lastly give a sketch of what u are going to discuss in the entire essay)
b- make your essay argumentative(e.g if the topic is judicial activism then give arguments for n against it),narrative(details of the current issues,history of the present problem,give relevant facts n figures),persuasive(ur suggestions supported by relevant facts n figures'd make your outlne/essay persuasive)
c- an outline may contain the kinds in which the issue is dealt or defined(e.g if the topic terrorism then give the modses in which its been combated e.g COIN,deterrence,dialogue,negotiations etc.)
d- give a conclusion
e- summing up u may include ur own novel ideas regarding the issue(e.g terrorism is not the disease but the symptom etc. it makes ur essay/outline more persuasive)
f- outline must be strictly relevent to the topic,no digression is brooked
g- it may spread over one n a half pages(lengthy outline is more impressive from paper point of view than a concise one)

@kawish

i have read your posts.your comments are terse and succinct.kindly tell me did you appear in CSS-2010?

i appeared in CSS-2010.

i wrote on "dialogue is the best course to combat terrorism"

my outline was

terrorism in contemporary world

avenues where conventional forces and strategies have been used

festering grounds of terrorism

palestine

kashmir

north korea

libya

pakistan

srilanka

mumbai attacks

dialogue as means to combat terrorism

dialogue can rob the terrorists of their political agenda

dialogue can embalm wounds of warring factions

it can expedite reconciliation and give an impetus to working out modalities for comprehensive talks

conclusion.

i wrote around 20 pages in very neat hand writing.so pretty sure about the English papers.

i have started preparation of interview.

please give me suggestions on my work-up so that other aspirants can also benefit from your prudent contribution.

i also exhort the contribution of worthy members of this prestigious forum.

regards,

aoa i appeared in CE-2010,need prayers..
the bright side of ur outline is that its inclusive,the dark side is u little bit digressed from the main topic in the start of ur outline..
nonetheless keep your fingures crossed.
go through the following thread;
