1-What is Propaganda?
2- Propaganda Techniques

a- Assertion
b-Bandwagon
c-Card stacking
d- Glittering Generalities
e- Lesser of Two Evils
f- Name Calling
g- Pinpointing the Enemy
h- Plain Folks
i-Stereotyping

3- History of Propaganda

a-Religious propagation

The term 'propaganda' first appeared in 1622 when Pope Gregory XV established the Sacred Congregation for Propagating the Faith. Propaganda was then as now about convincing large numbers of people about the veracity of a given set of ideas.

b- Used as a tool in WW1
c- Adolf Hitler's Nazi Propaganda against Jews
d- Anti- Communist propaganda during Cold War
e- Propaganda of British Empire during "War of Independence"

4- Propaganda in Modern world

Propaganda and manipulation of reality continues to be used in large quantities in the modern world. Governments continue to tell their constituencies what they think they need to know. Advertisers use the whole gamut of propagandist techniques. And although some people can see the reality (and some theorize about improbable conspiracies), most people are taken in and see nothing of how they are manipulated. Here u can also include the Propaganda against Muslims and Framing of news and titles of Mulisms like "Terrorist" Fundamentalist etc

5- FUTURE OF PROPAGANDA :

1) External Challanges

a- Islamophobia of West
b- Fundamentalism

2) Internal Problems

a- Lack of Unity
b- Lack of democracy
c- Under development of Muslim countries

3- ROLE OF OIC

a-Summits- Makkah Declaration
b- Integration of Muslim Countries
c- Platform for all Mulsilm Countries to secure their benefits

4- SUGGESTIONS TO ENHANCE OIC ROLE

a- Confidence Building Measures (CBM's)
b- Foster Democratic norms and values among its members
c- Economic co-operation to survive in Globalized world.

5- HOW TO CURB EXTERNAL CHALLENGES

a- Dialogue with West
b- Check the tendency of Muslims to resort to terrorism and violence
c- OIC institutions should play important role to project true Islam.

6- CONCLUSION

There are many other things to be added in your outlines such as Pakistan's suggestion of improving OIC and a couple of more challenges to Muslim Ummah.

Muslim Ummah faces some other problems such as Poverty,Illiteracy, population exploitation, improper usage of natural resources, terrorism and blah blah.

Do also add afore mentioned points too in your outlines.
Your remedies are still lacking many points.

thanks for ur valuable contribution Abro . But the thing is that in earlier posts many ppl suggested me to shorten the outlines as it is better for examination point of view. So, that's the reason i skipped many points from the original outlines and tried to shorten the outline

Ammar, yup these are the general outlines and i will not suggest u to write the same points. U can the general idea how to make an outline but in exam u have to hit the point bcoz this is what needed. Most the students prepare essays on general issues and reproduce them in exams and eventually they scored less marks. My strategy is to get the idea from these general outlines, to cram the related data and in paper i will produce my outline according to the topic.
