Good effort Razzi, following are some suggestions:

Thieir is no need to writedown or comeup with maximum or increased oulines, quality, relevance and coherence is a matter of concern.

You should concentrate more on Pakistan's perspective of gender discrimination and be focused. Gender discrimination is largely a social and cultural phenomenon, so emphasize this point to a large.

You may omit the following:
Since you are giving "introduction" and "Meaning of Gender Discrimination", following seems as repetition and overlapping:

What is Gender
What is Discrimination

Gender Discrimination and Politics? seems irrelevant to me, you may have some material or arguments.

You may include following in Pakistan's perspective:

causes/aspects:
  • Cultural aspects of gender discrimination
  • Social aspects of GD
  • Economic aspects GD
  • Illiteracy
  • Misinterpretation of religious teachings

Remedies:
  • Awareness and Education
  • Refuting of cultural and social myths
  • Refuting misinterpretation of religious teachings
  • Creation of Economic opportunities and uplift of depressed one
  • Inclusion in decision making at local and national level

Could be expanded more, needs some brain storming.

Regards,

My dear.... This outline is not at all satisfactory..dear why you write what is gender?what is discrimination?its meaning etc ... its all irrelevent material...I am really very much surprised as to why you people hesitate to write to the point?why most of the candidates write meaning, kinds, defination, history etc...? This is why an absolute no of candidates get fail every year..PLz come direct to the point...Length of the essay is not the gurantee of success in this paper.. its indeed quality not quantity..

Mr Faheen orakzai is very much right. It not the quantity but quality that matters. write to the point and avoid irrelevant stuff.

Default The apropos!

Hello Razi,

You are doing very well, and believe me you are off to a good start. The feedback you have received is very helpful, however I would like to add one vital point. Try to focus on the topics which have a clear subject matter. For example; " Why there is Gender Discrimination in Pakistan or World?" Here in the above given case you will find your answer molding to the question "why". Hence it will be easy for you to be to the point. Once you have learned the art then you can focus on any topic more accurately.

Thank You!

a very generic outline.

There should be a difference between a CSS aspirant's outline and F.A student. And your outline falls in the later category. You do not want to tell the examiner at this level "What is Gender?" and what is "Discrimination?" Do you? Simply put down "the meaning of Gender Discrimination" and then, you started your discussion with religion! I must say, this is not advised to do so. Gender discrimination is more or less a social stigma, so discuss social aspects of it. its reasons, impacts, remedies, and some inevitable degree of gender discrimination.
After all this, you can discuss religion but when you bring Islam into it, it's very hard to prove gender discrimination is really there in Islam so, you can simply tell that Islam in fact abolishes it whereas in other religions, it is and was very much there.

In short, brainstorming is required before you make an outline. take a plain page and roughly add points on your topic and then, align them into an order!
