the topic is about "implications", so the main focus should be the impacts. subdivide the impact heading into social and economic implications. the most you could do after that is suggest some remedies.
keep on making outlines; they will undoubtedly improve. But make sure you comprehend the topic well first.

outline is not up to mark. you have ignored many aspects. you would not get more than 20 marks. Keeping in view the requirement, rewrite proper outline covering all the requisite details and aspects.

The flaw in your outline is that you are more inclined toward the causes of terrorism in your essay, rather than the required implications of it on society and economy.
