Role of media in democratic society
Information is the lifeblood of democracy. It has not only affected on everyday functioning of people but also on the development of national and international happenings. If viewpoints are cut off and ideas cannot find an outlet, our democracy suffers. Brother! your outlines seem fine. But instead of 'Negative aspects' heading write down 'How media harms a democratic society' Actually, it will target the key words of the essay which are 'Role', 'Media' and 'Democratic society'. Rest of the outlines are fine.
Now, in the introduction i don't see the word 'Media'. you have used words 'Newspapers' and 'Information' which can't replace the word 'Media'. So kindly target this word also as you beautifully targeted the word 'Democratic society'. And one thing more, your introduction is very short. Try to add some more sentences.
Overall, i liked your outlines and introduction as well.
Now wait for others' comments, they might better guide you.

Nice work but per my knowledge intro and conclusion hit the topic.
It is not my rule but paragraphing rule.
You should mention negative points after responsibilities.
I am not adept in english because I myself in learning process.
But connections between points and aspect leave good impression.
Stay happy

Avoid questioning in outline.
Avoid one word outline. e.g. TV,radio, etc.
Better to write western media and Eastern media instead of mentioning names of countries
Your outline should speak itself.
Do not repeat same ideas again.
Every succeeding point must show unity.
Over all nice attempt. Keep it up
