The International Court of Justice is the primary judicial branch of the United Nations. It is based in the
Peace Palace in The Hague , Netherlands . Its
main functions are to settle legal disputes
submitted to it by states and to provide advisory
opinions on legal questions submitted to it by
duly authorized international branches, agencies,
and the UN General Assembly.

The ICJ is composed of fifteen judges elected to
nine-year terms by the UN General Assembly
and the UN Security Council from a list of
persons nominated by the national groups in the
Permanent Court of Arbitration. The election
process is set out in Articles 4–19 of the ICJ
statute. Elections are staggered with five judges
elected every three years, in order to ensure
continuity within the court.

The United Nations Trusteeship Council one of
the principal organs of the United Nations, was
established to help ensure that trust territories
were administered in the best interests of their
inhabitants and of international peace and
security. The trust territories—most of them
former mandates of the League of Nations or
territories taken from nations defeated at the
end of World War II —have all now attained self-
government or independence, either as separate
nations or by joining neighbouring independent
countries. The last was Palau , formerly part of
the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, which
became a member state of the United Nations in
December 1994.

Its mission fulfilled, the Trusteeship Council
suspended its operation on 1 November 1994,
and although under the United Nations Charter it
continues to exist on paper, its future role and
even existence remains uncertain.

Why don't you give the links of wikipedia pages for every topic , that you are copy pasting from there .Topics are just word for word copy paste from other source i.e a single source . Do write your own essay in your own wordings , it would be something new then . Copying first paragraphs of the topic and then first paragraphs of sub topic is not a good idea . So , stop it now .

Have you read the first post of this thread in which I have written that I have passed the same essay two times in CSS. And I have done this without having seen even a single word of it both times.
For your correction the whole material involved in it is not only from one source.
It is not a good practice to write the agenda or mission of any organization in your own words.
I have already confessed that I am writing raw material in sequence.
I should have provided links of all the material but I think every link contains more than 6000 words and it is very difficult for some junior members of the forum to choose what to write.
It is very easy for everyone to study the material on single page or link than to read on many links.



Any how I have learned to respect the persons having power and authority, and you as a moderator have power on the forum and I have agreed while becoming a member of the forum to abide by the rules of the forum.

Therefore, I have stopped writing it as ORDERED by you Excellency.
I request you to close this thread on your order and on my request.
