ranjha sb has direct links with fpsc CE branch officials and he has the most credible information; however, sarkari things are always arbitrary and uncertain. sometimes things get delayed just due to absence of one person, sometimes due to technical problems.

Thats for sure. He doesnt just post bongiyan. Im sure if it gets delayed today too, it means there are serious administrative issues right now
