This often happens in CSS dear; UNPREDICTABLE & CAPRICIOUS . My heart goes out to you. Don’t get disheartened. Many CSPs often fail the exam in their 2nd/3rd attempt as they endeavour to improve their cadres.

I got 18-19 mcqs right for it. Yet i could score 31 only despite attempting whole paper and giving reasonable arguments m. Maybe they were not reasonable enough

This was my third attempt. I knew it was going to be gk. gSA was tough for a social science student like me. I attempted online learning.
