yar InshAllah u will get allocated..this time atleast 2 people from KPK are goin to be allocated on open merit seats..Mansoor was sayin k Abdullah naayr might not be joining this time..If this happens it would be good for u..even if he does,his DMG seat would fall vacant.If others from KPK who have improved also avail this chance,their previous seats would fall vacant and wud be allocated in reallocation..So I have high hopes that InshAllah u will get allocated in OMG or postal atleast..Plz do pray that I get into DMG.Although with my merit number I should sail into DMG,but this time I have heard they are using that suitability clause..so u never know
Seeing ur marks,I can assume I would have 700+ in written and 180 in interview..coz my interview didn't go quiet well..

wishing u allocation in ur covetous group. in shah ALLAH, U will get it otherwise psp is suitable for ur homage.in the wake of the protests on the part of punjab PMS officers and abolition of concurrent list under 18 amndments, huge transfer of power is being taking place from certre to provinces and that will have to b administered by pms bureaucracy instead of css dmgees sahibaan. thus thinking futuristically dmg cadre will have to abdicate huge portion of their authority in favour pms cadre in respective provinces,... else pakistan co tik karnay k liye DANDA chahye. so police is everlasting charming cadre having great deal of crude powers and it will b up to u as how to filtrate those powers.
else, this time kpk candidates will snatch almost 9 seats from open merit as per my assessment,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thus i may get enough space to enter CSA in the guise of csp.

bro, should i aspect any miracle for suitability, given my location in the merit list137.??.

i initiated both group discussions and command task about police that i completed in 7 mints. seven candidates gave me ist position in psychological assessment proforma. further my psychological interview continued for 26 mints.that was brilliant.

Further my main interview lasted for 30mints with more question from police all around that is my first choice. the behavior of the panel was infuriating and beyond my comprehension .bagwandas cut my answers time and again without letting me opportunity to complete my answers ,, saaud gohar tested my knowledge only about police role in criminial justice, in detail.



overall, i dropped 6 questions and was not especting more than 150 marks. but now it is 199.

now the picture is clear and my merit ie 137, can u see any silver lining suggesting my allocation in police on the ground of suitability clause??

I haven't really heard k bht neechey wale merit number se uttha k police me allocate kr dia jae..I don't know if this has ever happened..Normally,suitability is applied to reckon a candidate unsuitable for a group..

I don't think suitability clause can override one's merit position in qualifying for a particular service. The psychologists may point out if someone is not suitable for a particular group even if they are qualifying for it otherwise, but how can they decide that someone MUST be allocated to a certain group even if he is not qualifying for it?

yeah in other words..it can bring u down in some cases,but won't help u in climbing up..
I have heard this time suitability clause is being used..Coz Miss Arifa Saboohi(commandant CSA) has told the panel that in 38th common "Aap ne kaisey kaisey gaddhey bhaij diye he who are not fit for civil service":p..I have heard these are her very comments because of which suitability is being used this time...
Ub Allah se dua he k wo 'gaddhey' hum na ho jin pe ye talwaar chaleI hope this news is wrong and suitability doesn't come to harm anyone..
