you are right. I also noticed all these stuff. Most importantly, a candidate on minority quota used guide book in Everyday science. I even know the name of invigilator who did not apprehend him for such act even after referred by another candidate. Moreover, one person had a mobile watch though he could not utilize it. I can name that invigilator on any forum.

i think candidates should raise their voice against this so that such things do not occur in future.

You are right. I found many candidates looking at each others answer sheets particularly in objective portion.

Suman! FPSC needs to evolve a fair code of conduct to eliminate this unfairness. There is also a trend of changing centers when numbers are issued to candidates. Some candidates who share friendly feelings tick one center in application form and when seat numbers are issued, they launch application for change of a single center. This way, they succeed in sitting one after another. It provides them chances for using unfair means.

LMAO. I really don’t understand why 80% of those appearing in the CSS exams are such goody two shoes . If someone is cheating then that’s none of your business. Do you honestly expect anyone who cheats in a competitive exam like CSS to come out as a topper or even pass the exam?? Those who cheat never manage to get anywhere and neither do those who focus on others and then tattle about them.
