R u amazed by this ..???? probe the lahore centers ... some1 would have def seen candidates attempting papers while sitting in their cars with books and other helping material ... I personally saw this in 2007 ... others might have also seen this ...

This is a matter of integrity of an institution. This may raise grave concerns. This institution was held esteemed due to its fairness and integrity, specifically in CSS- Written exams.

This issue could be subject to media coverage and certainly subject to court. Then court may asked for proofs. So we must consider this point too. This issue has also an impact on the morale and motivation of CSS aspirants. So we must show responsibility on discussing this issue.
