usama brother there is difference of alphabet in my father name.
in all certificates except fsc it was written mohammad ahmed but in fsc degree it was written muhammad ahmed, does this u and o difference will have an issue in the future?

Your speculation seems flawed! My friend who did appear in three optional papers and who is NOT absolutely sure of his success for the obvious reasons has also been summoned by FPSC.

It is not a speculation...read my previous posts... I said I posted whatever I was told by FPSC official. Now if he is speculating I can't say anything about it!!!

Sorry, I missed the word NOT in my previous post. I meant he did "NOT" appear in three optional papers (300 marks); and he is not sure of his success but he has been summoned by FPSC.

Sorry, Dear Usman Khalid, if I meant your speculation. I don't dismiss what you said. Pardon me! In fact, I can't figure it out myself that whether only passed candidates with missing documents are being summoned.

Brother, I am Usman not Usama!!! Spelling mistakes in names may create issues in some organizations. Like I faced this issue at SBP and I had to get my spellings changed on FSC degree from Intermediate Board. Although, spelling mistake is negligible in your case and may not cause problem, (Many people use both spellings; Muhammad or Mohammad), it will be better if you get the spellings changed on your earliest convinience to avoid any unforseeable issues in future.

FPSC this time is clearing the mess earlier by confirming documents from all candidates irrespective of whether they will qualify or not. This is just a routine task of theirs.

So let me get this straight, in 2009 the result was declared after 20th October even though the exams were held in late April and this year the result will be declared at the same time even though the exams were held in February. This clearly shows that the new administration has failed to live up to its exaggerated claims of hastening the selection procedure.
