Send it FPSC with the reference of your roll number/from no. if there is one. Since the result is late they will accommodate it.

they have given checklist in the end of form n it asks u about the noc, this means that u appeared in exam without permission of ur department. now there r two ways, first call fpsc on phone n dont show ur id to them and discuss the matter, they will suggest u the right thing. second and the suitable thing is that u keep quite now and pray for ur selection and if ur finally selected then resign from ur current job without any clue to anyone.

i hope u get my point

best of luck

Nasr, can she be sued though, i mean suppose, one person behind her in merit list finds out and takes her to court about the fact that she took part under false pretense?

Personally, i don't think it's a big deal because you will fill out these forms again and send documents many times if you pass, the reason why Govt. service form is usually filled is if you want age relaxation, since you haven't availed that, i don't see a problem. The effect it probably will have is you will be sacked from your current job if they ever found out you took part in CSS without NOC, not any future position in the Civil Service if you pass CSS, still i am not a lawyer, so speak to them confidentially without telling them who are, if they would let you send NOC now, say that you forgot, although the NOC will probably have a date of issuance, hmmm

In this case FPSC has discretionary Powers, hiding facts leads you to displinary action. In this case call now to get advise from FPSC or keep quite.

Well departmental permission is necessary if you want age relaxation. Since you gave exam without permission, this automatically means you were within the prescribed age limit. So there is no need to mention it. Just keep quiet. I mean how would anyone find out? And if they ever find out, just tell them you got job after your exam.

FPSC must inquire about the details you have mentioned. However, how can they inquire about something you have not mentioned in first place? So don't worry.
Whatever i have said is purely based on my understanding of the matter and i really don't have any prior experience or any known example.

Dear Mehwish Riaz,

M also a govt. servent....as per my info...u must not worried about ur NOC....the basic concern in CSS is ur qualification Documents not ur professional documents...

more over ur professional NOC s are required in ur interviews....not before that...therefore no need to wory about for ur NOC or other stuff....more over FPSC properly examines the documents of all aspirants either they are qualified or not qualified....n if they find ur govt. job NOC so important, they will surely inform u...as they are doing it for otherss..therefore no need to be tense at all..

one scenario may be that u r nt govt. servent at time of written but at the time of interview u r...other option is that u r not govt servent while going for written but recruited as g. servent before interniews....

therefore such type of NOC is nt essential at the written part...but at the interview...i my self did the same after all complete verifications
