Hi can u plz tell about total number of Sindh Urban seats this year?

what will be the last merit no. in punjab to get allocation in IRS.? last year the last person in irs was 103 in overall merit.

No one is sure about the number of seats in any province as they have not yet been announced. It is within the realms of possibility that seats may be drastically increased. Yes, it is a rumour but a strong one. If seats are increased, they would be increased well in hundred's. Then again, it'sa rumour, however a strong one. Finally qualified candidates can pray.

That depends solely on te number of vacancies in IRS. In 2009, when seats were increased to 388, IRS got a fair share in the increase along with OMG.

There are multiple rumours being spread..
i) As mentioned by a member, it is election year. Seats ought to have been announced by now. They were announced on the day Merit numbers were declared the previous year. Since it is out of the ordinary that their declaration is being with-held, the only plausable reason for such an occurence is their increase.

ii) A thread regarding increase in seats aired by PTV was created by a member here at forum. He said PTV aired that an increase of 23.1% has been made. However this is wrong. I, having read the strip of news myself which stated "CSS ke pass umeed waroun k liye 231% mazeed asaamion ka ailan."

The news was aired for five consecutive hours which I, myself read a number of times, to ensure there is no decimal between the number quoted. It was 231% by all manners of interpretation. First it was aired with the PM's name, later his name was removed and just the news strip was played at length. It is any body's guess what it means. Different people will interpret it differently. Time will tell.

There is no reported increase in the vacancies for CE-11 as I was reassured by SO T5 of ED. He dismissed the all above rumours plainly and informed me that previous reported number of total vacancies is almost final (217 fresh).

Can you please confirm no. of seats for PSP and DMG overall and for Punjab?

Allah karay seats increase ho jain ameen,but i have authentic news from establishment division that it is nothing but a rumour.
