Anyway, neelam sultana Khattak is in IRS, 40th CTP. She surely is going to join DMG this year. And being a Khattak, she hails from KP.

One link seems to be missing ,Turi.
In my list , you are 9th. So it means someone, may be a topper, is missing from the list of potential allocations.
Secondly, FPSC doesn't have any info about vacancies yet. Establishment dept. is still working on that. ( according to my sources, not confirm).

Omar Masoom Wazir, 30 th in CE 2011 hasn't joined MLCG. So may be this falls in the lot of 41st CTP ( GBFATA ).
Same goes for Maheen Habib, FSP, women quota.
