Establishment division, simply recruits officers in federal government. Normally, it announces the vacancies every year to be filled against bps 17 for css.

Seats are variable every year. ALL PAKISTAN OPEN MERIT has 7.5% quota. IN 2011, PSP got 2 seats, PAS got 3 seats. IRS got 3 seats and so on.

In case, there is no vacancy for PCS and 3 PAS will be used up by 6, 117, 128 merit no. i wanid to estimate which group you would get into which will affect my allocation as well..However, we all are waiting anxiously for official announcement of vacancies/allocations.

yes I would most probably land Railways since it was my 7th preference..my last preferences were:
ctg (wont get..and I think I am glad for that)
railways (most probably..good in the short run...but ab next attempt to dena hi parega anyway :p)
