Before talking about my result, I feel necessary to discuss a topic of science:

There are three isotopes of Uranium: Uranium-234, Uranium-235, and Uranium-238.
Uranium-234 is burnt in a nuclear reactor to produce electricity.
Uranium-235 can be used in both nuclear reactor and nuclear bombs.
Uranium-238 is used only in nuclear weapons/bombs.
Since FPSC passed 238 candidates, means they used Uranium-238 to destroy the Courage of candidates.

Now, about my result, my “Hiroshima” and “Nagasaki” are “Essay” and “English” on which FPSC fired nuclear bombs. In Essay I got 24. I was expecting more then 50 as I wrote an essay of plus minus 2600 words. I DON’T KNOW WHY “THEY” DID THAT. While In English I scored 37. I was expecting less then 30 as I solved all 20 MCQs on guess. I DON’T KNOW HOW “I” DID THAT.

There are some more interesting things. My Whole result was unexpected. I did much better in Journalism then Sociology, but got more in Sociology. I was expecting more in geography paper A then paper B. But I got 35 in A and 65 in B. It was shocking for me.

Any how, it was my first attempt and this time I appeared just for a fun. I did not study at all. Now, I know that I need more proficiency in English (both Essay and Grammar) especially and regular study in other subjects generally. Pray for my next attempt. Thanks.

I don`t agree to this. I got 41 in essay.. Failed in aggregate only... I had no preparation at all. I applied and forgot about css. When I received date sheet, I lost my heart that I won`t be able to prepare... Only 11th Feb. I decided to go for it whatever happens... And I scored 524 marks with no preparation at all. I would consider my essay as "the most simple" but I will give my full marks to my outline that certainly would have impressed and that was not preplanned, I spent an hour for outline and then went for essay, and I passed..

FPSC failed nobody deliberately, the papers were general and answers should be general ones too. For the next attempt, I will keep the same approach but with knowledge at my hand.

My First Attempt with 3 months prep but went colder than I expected...

COMPULSORY SUBJECTS

Essay 28

English 51

General Knowledge 149

GK1 (Everyday Science) 49 (Do not know what went wrong here Shocking!)
GK2 (Current Affairs) 50
GK3 (Pakistan Affairs) 50

Islamiat 63

Public Administration 42 (shattered me. Of all my subjects this was the strongest one)

Political Science 77
Paper A 30 (How!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Paper B 47

Constitutional LAW 45 (Speechless though I did it well)

International Relations 47

Seniors and mentors are kindly requested to comment:

1: Is this combination really wrong as every one says that but I did not believe it.

2: Such a low trend of Public Administration though it was a high scoring subject. what further strategy for improvement?

3: IR? What to do to improve it? I followed Chanders Book blindly, was well prepared covered almost all the theory of IR also.

4: EDS?

AOA Bro,
Could you please tell me the strategy and books that you followed for Political science, constitutional law and IR? I am glad I found some one with these four subjects because now a days you wont find some one with these subjects.

I thought I has prepared for IR and the paper also went well but just got 47 do not know why?
Same is the case with Political science and constitutional law. These were the subjects of my interest. Your guidance in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Post Solution of the problems faced by Pakistanis.

1. Decentralization of power. Let Local government institutions work for t years. Give them full authority. MPAs & MNAs r legislators. They r not supposed to interfere in development matters. Police & all other departments should work under the district governor. Honestly speaking, Musharraf's system was not bad.
2. Improve tax net by levying tax on every factory/mill, every store/shop, every 1 kanal house, 1 maund of cotton, wheat or rice as tax on every acre.
3. Divide present 4 provinces. Create smaller provinces. Let every division b a district. Smaller units r better to administer. Give Gilgit & Azad Kashmir status of full provinces. Our case on these areas become weak when we say these areas r practically not a constitutional part of Pakistan.
4. Similar syllabus in all government & private schools.
5. In addition to launching new development schemes, launch a campaign for repair & improvement in the present schools, hospitals, government offices, railway stations, bus stops etc.
6. To improve law & order, launch a vigorous campaign against criminals. Create a new department of watch & ward by ppointing village & town watchmen (chaukidars) who should keep a record of births, deaths, activities & movement of people, arrival of new people as tenants or new occupants. They should keep the SHO informed.
7. To save foreign exchange, bring multinational companies in Pakistan. Set up plants for , Jeeps, Land cruisers, Samsung, Sony & Philips electronics, mobile fones & computers.
8. Presidential form of government & tenure of government not more than 4 years.

Default A short Question from mentors.

In my essay, I forgot to write the outline and started off with out it. but than i wrote it in the end. As I had done no preparation for Essay, and it was totally extempore; Does not writing outline has anything to do with just getting 28 marks in essay?

ESSAY 24
ENGLISH 43
EDS 67
CURRENT AFFAIRS 20 ( totally unfair )
Pakistan Affairs 45
Islamiyat 45

Journalism 53 (Major in Journalism and expecting 70)
Sociology 47
Islamic History and Culture A 41
Islamic History and Culture B 41 (I was expecting lower marks here as Paper B was not prepared well and I only attempted 2 questions in that with some Guessed MCQs)
Psychology A 24 (very well prepared and was expecting higher marks )
Psychology B 48 (the objection here is, Paper A went quite better than Paper B )

It was my 1st attempt with a random preparation of 2,3 months but still the result is somehow unexpecting. I seriously think that they did not check our papers and just grant us marks as per their will or mood may be.
