There were less qualified candidates from Sindh, as compared to Sindh vacancies . It is the major factor I think

I don't think it's any factor... If there are less candidates than vacancies than all of the passed candidates would be allocated and there are 13 candidates subjected to Medical Fitness(i.e recommendation of Merit No.(Roll No.) 48(14747), 73(15039), 83(13066), 89(1985), 106(12834), 127(12778), 140(8168), 147(11217), 160(10227), 164(6380), 166(11705), 196(2874) and 200(13655)are subject to clearance by the Central Medical Board on account of deferment of their medical fitness).

Dear in their release of Final Result no: of candidates qualified are 220 and they have allocated 195(+13) so the question here is not of less no: of qualified candidates from Sindh. It has nothing to do with allocated quota. The remaining vacancies will be carried over next year in the province quota.

Note:-
i. Marks obtained by the candidates will be communicated to them individually in due
course of time.
ii. Success in this examination confers no right to appointment, which will be subject to
availability of vacancies in the respective quotas.
iii. The result can also be seen at FPSC’s website www.fpsc.gov.pk.
vi. The salient features of the result are as under;-
Candidates Appeared : 11406
Pass in written examination : 238
Candidates finally qualified after Viva voce : 220
Male Candidates : 161
Female Candidates : 59
Pass percentage : 1.93%

Regards,
Stay Blessed

Thank you dear for rectifying the mistake even then it has nothing to do with Sindh's quota they have allocated 195 candidates and hence obviously 25 candidates from the qualified ones are not allocated. Let's see who has not been allocated. I would again emphasize that it has nothing to do with the allocated quota. Though there may be candidates from sindh who have not been allocated for any reason.

Stay Blessed
