Kindly guide me about books for psychology, journalism and Islamic History & Culture comprehensively covering all topics. As well as for book for MCQ's as well both for Optional and Compulsory subjects as well...I have seen book suggestions in forum but multiple books have been suggested like FPSC has in CSS syllabus...is there any particular books that cover most of the topics? waiting anxiously for reply...JAZAKALLAH AL KHAIR EVERYONE

asalamalaikum! im a masters in corporate law..and appearing for the 2014 CSS exams for the first time!!a bit nervous about it..hopefully we can all do a great job inshallah!will keep posting here for questions!

my optionals..naturally would consist of more law subjects:P

Aoa all,

as all of you are going to appear in CSS-2014, wish you all best for that.
i also want to appear in CSS-2014 but i am unable to select the optional subjects. Kindly suggest/help me for this.
if any one wants to have combine study for preparation then please let me know. i am also on initial stage and need your help. so please contact me

my optional subjects are...
biz administration..
journalism..
indo pak history..
mercantile law...
international relations..

but here i came to know that indo pak history is not a scoring subject as compared to islamic hstory and culture...i need guidance it is true???
if yes what are the reasons for that?
i have done BBA finance and if i want to change IR ????which subject can i choose ????

There are several concepts about the scoring trends of Indo-Pak History. What I would recommend you is to go through its syllabus, and figure out yourself whether you can cover it or not. While the leading concept elaborates that IPH is a vast subject which requires deep knowledge of chronological events with appropriate facts and figures, that is the point the confusion comes upon. You would require an extravagant concepts and analytical approach about each and every event. This is the reason that most of the students attain a bit low score in this subject. So, if you can deal with it perfectly, it will eventually become high scoring for you.

International Law is the best replaceable for IR.
