Dear Anam,
The thing which i wanted to inform/encourage you, I am in mid to opt the optional subjects, while I have not spent too much time to be committed to go for the said exams, I asked from the readers/aspirants, in which one Senior member said to don't opt Urdu, as it is not scoring and lengthy syllabus. My friend who is also getting prepared for the CSS- 2014, suggested to replace Urdu with any other subject. What do you think?

Prepare for 2014
Aspirants for 2014 may come at one forum through this post,as group discusions and preparations help a lot.
You who've either all the same subjects or any of these can discuss and start study through help. mine are Indo pak hist. 200 muslim law and juris 100 journalism 100 sociology 100 punjabi 100 i thnk we must start from easy to difficult.

psychology geography indo pak history i heard indo pak history is not much scoring? is it true?

Languages are usually high scoring subjects like Punjabi/Arabic/Persian....Other good options are;
Geography Psychology American History Journalism Islamic History Forestry Public Administration
