but problem is, FPSC doesn't entertain hope certificate.

If it doesn't entertain hope certificates then why it is mention in rule 5 that candidate do not holding requisite degree can engender certificate that he/she will graduate before cuteoff date from duly in authorized degree awarding institution

FPSC will upload admission letters to its website and will also dispatch through mail two weeks before exams.
